I PLACED MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?

You'll receive an email with your download link. Once you click the link, you have 24 hours to download the product before the link expires.

The file you'll receive is a Zip file. You can open this by following the instructions below:

PC

• Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

Do one of the following:

• To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

• To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

MAC

Double-click the zip file and the file or folder will be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file is in.

If the item you are decompressing contains a single file, the new decompressed item will have the same name as the original file.

If a file with the same name is already present in the current folder, the decompressed file will have a number appended to its name.

What software do I need?

Since most of the digital products are in PDF form, you'll need a software that opens up PDFs. The most common software is Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free right here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

For Jpeg products, you won't need any additional software.

Will this product be shipped to me?

This product is an instant download, so there will be no physical product shipped.

Can I get a refund? (Digital Products only)

Unfortunately due to the instant download nature of a digital product, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any order. All sales are final.

Printing Tips

Are there any Print Instructions?

Yes, there are a few suggestions:

• Ensure that Actual Size is selected

• Do NOT scale to %

• Double sided pages: Will be different depending on the printer you are using. Please check your user manual.

• Always do a test print of 1-2 pages

• Tip: To print A5, you can use A4 paper to print two printables per page and cut the page in half.

Where can I print my purchase?

You can definitely print your purchase at home or send it to one of your local printers.

What kind of paper should I use?

You can use any kind of paper you want, as long as your printer accepts it. Check your printer manual for specifics.

From regular plain printer paper to the heavier, luxurious paper, it really depends on what kind of paper you like writing on and what your budget is.

For art prints, I suggest thicker paper but you can always use what you have on hand.

Heavier paper will cost more and won't show ink from the other side of a double-sided page. Plain printer paper will cost less but you may notice the ink showing through from the other side of the page, if you're printing on both sides.

You can go to a local print shop and ask them to see the difference between paper types. And you can always just use what you have at home. Planners don't have to be fancy to be useful :)

• You'll receive an email with all your order info.

• Your order is then sent to our production partner and will be processed within 2-4 business days.

• You will receive an email once your item as been shipped.

• You'll get your awesome goodies in the mail :)

Can I change or cancel my order?

 Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of these products, I'm unable to change or cancel the order. 

What size should I order?

Every product has its own sizing guidelines included in the product listing. Please check there for the most accurate
info. 

To measure your shirts, measure your favourite tshirt/tank top from armpit to armpit for the width. Then measure the length of the shirt from top to bottom.

Care Instructions

T-Shirts/Tank Tops
• Machine wash cold, inside out on gentle cycle
• Iron inside out on the lowest setting
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• DO NOT use bleach or dry clean. 

Camp Mugs
• DO NOT PUT IN THE MICROWAVE!
• Dishwasher safe

Can I get a refund/Exhchange? (Mugs, Tanks, Etc.)

What if it’s damaged? 
Please let me know within 1 week of receiving your order, including a description and photos. I’ll happily replace the item at no extra charge.

What if it doesn’t fit? 
Let me know within 1 week of receiving your order (if it hasn’t been worn yet). You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Once I receive the wrong size item, I’ll send out the new size.

To avoid wrong sizes, please follow the sizing guidelines :)

Shipping Q’s

When will I receive my order?

All products take between 2-4 business days to process. Once they’ve been shipped (via USPS), it’ll take:
• US | 2-5 business days
• Canada | 11-21 business days
• International | 14-30 business days
It may take longer depending on your country’s customs process and I can’t guarantee delivery times.

Will there be any duties/tariffs?

Each country is different. You're responsible for any tariffs or duties that may occur.

What if I haven’t received my order but it says it was delivered?

You can file a claim with USPS via: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Help! I gave the wrong address! Can I change my address?

Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your address before ordering! Once you submit your order, the address can’t be changed.

If you've entered the wrong address, the best thing to do is contact your local post office to notify them and see if they can redirect your package.

Help! My package was returned!

If your package is returned to me, I'll notify you and can reship it. You’ll be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.

Gift Message & Wrapping

When you order a physical product, they come wrapped in a clear plastic wrap with a twine bow in white packing confetti. 



All packing slips are price-free so you don’t have to worry about your friends and family knowing how much you spent on their gift.



To leave a gift message, please add it in the notes area when completing your order.

Other Policies

Can I use your products for commercial use?

At this moment, no. The product is only available for personal use and can't be resold, shared, transferred, or redistributed.
